Relaxing Foot Soak
-Add to Epsom salt bath to soak your feet, makes 1 to 2 foot baths
Relaxing Foot Soak:
Peppermint, ginger root, chamomile, calendula, magnesium citrate
-Great for pain, muscle relaxation, skin conditioning, and soothing
How to use: add to ½ cup Epsom salt and contents of package to warm water (as hot as you can stand without burning yourself). Soak Feet until it cools or add more hot water. Discard waste in the back yard for fresh smell.
