-echinacea, ginger, turmeric, tulsi (holy basil), ashwagandha, cat’s claw, sage, rosemary, thyme, neem, cinnamon, olive leaf, reishi. 

-herbs selected for their ability to enhance the immune system but have many more benefits.  Add mushroom tinctures for more benefits (find under "herbs and spices").

 

Recommendations:  take three grams per day for several days or more for best results; blend into your favorite juice or smoothie.  I prefer Naked Juices and take it in a shot glass or rocks glass.  See my YouTube posts for ideas and more!
