-ashwagandha, lavender, tulsi (holy basil), peppermint, damiana, magnesium citrate, L-theanine

-herbs selected for their anxiety relieving properties but have many more benefits. Add kava or red kratom extract/powder for an extra boost, I recommend adding kava extract the most.

 

Recommendations:  take three grams per day for several days or more for best results; blend into your favorite juice or smoothie.  I prefer Naked Juices and take it in a shot glass or rocks glass.  See my YouTube posts for ideas and more!
