Angelica archangelica, commonly known as garden angelica, wild celery, and Norwegian angelica, is a biennial plant from the family Apiaceae, a subspecies of which is cultivated for its sweetly scented edible stems and roots.

Angelica has long been used in traditional medicine to treat many health conditions. It is thought to contain various bioactive ingredients that may have antioxidant, antimicrobial, and anti-inflammatory properties.

Dosage and use:  place 1-2 grams in a cup of water and boil for 7-10 minutes for herbal tea.
