This unique treat is made by hollowing out a tangerine, stuffing it with black tea and then letting it dry out and age as one.  The fruit infuses the leaves with its citrus notes, smoothing out the earthy tea when brewed.

Steeping:  1 orange per cup, 5 min at 212 F

One ounce makes ONLY 3 cups (3 tangerines=3 cups)!
