Perfumy hand-rolled tea from Fuding, in Fujian, China. Each pearl is just one leaf and a bud. When added to hot water, the pearls majestically unfurl, releasing a delicate scent and flavor, sweet and almost sugary, very soft, airy mouthfeel.
Steeping: 1 teaspoon per cup, 2-3 minutes at 195 F
