Honey bush Tea is a South African herbal Tea made from Fermented leaves and stems of the honeybush plant. It is endemic to small areas in the southwest of South Africa and has many similarities with rooibos. It is caffeine free!
Suggested use: steep 3-6 grams for 3-5 minutes in 8 ounces of 212 F water.
