1 KR8om Full Spectrum 95mg Extract Tablet Maeng Da, this is just one tablet, I recommend splitting it into 4 pieces and chewing it thoroughly.  

This is similar to a green kratom botanicals, as in providing an energy boast, and can be uplifting as well as mild to medium pain relief;

Kratom Chewable Tablets

These are made with extract and are especially strong.  Please take in quarters or very small doses until you know how much you need.  I recommend to suck on a quarter piece like a candy, its most effectively absorbed orally and works quickest.  You can always take more later on it needed.
