Chaga Mushrooms.   These are hard chucks and will require to be broken up and grinded for the best benefits.  This is hard to do and you will need equipment.  In the future, I will get some that are ground up for us.  Please research for the best way to use it effectively and safely.  It seems a double tincture is the best way to use it...
